The boot tops have a smooth leather like appearance and feature 6 1/2 inch wide cuffs that are reminiscent of the time when pirates ruled the high seas. The cuffs lace up the front with a black cord, and two large gold buttons decorate the bottom of boot tops. The boot tops have a total length of 21". Two elastic straps at bottom keep them firmly attached around your boots or shoes.
