These child black vinyl boot tops are the perfect complement to any pirate costume. The large cuffs have 3 eyelets to lace them up. (The black lace-up cord is included.) The bottoms are accented with two gold buttons. The boot tops attach around bottom of shoe with two thick elastic bands. Calf opening is 16 inches (plenty of room to tuck pants in) and about 16 inches long from bottom of boot to top.
