This puny pirate toddler costume may not send other pirates running, but it will get rave reviews from everyone who sees it! The jumpsuit top has a black velvet midsection, satin like white sleeves, and vinyl black shoulder caps with red stitch trim. A white cravat with four rows of ruffles is attached to the neckline. A ruffle also trims the bottom of each sleeve. The vinyl black belt with silver buckle is sewn onto jumpsuit at waistline.
