The 100% polyester ivory peasant blouse has a V neckline and elastic at the cuffs. The attached burgundy felt vest buttons up the front. A brown vinyl shoulder strap with decorative buckle is attached to vest. A front waist tie, made from same material as vest, is also attached (not shown.)
